Mustang Motorcycle Seats Cyclone Hardware Kit 2006-2013 FLSTB Cross Bones (stock spring system) - Manual

Removal of stock seat from motorcycle
1. Remove screw that attaches nose of stock seat to frame at the
base of the gas tank.
2. Lift stock seat from bike. Springs at rear of seat are friction fit on
studs and will stay attached to seat when it is removed from the
bike.
3. Stock frame cover stays in place on bike for installation of Mus‐
tang Cyclone Solo seat.
4. Turn stock seat over. Remove the front pivot mount (HD #51482‐08) from the seat. This piece will be
used on the Mustang seat.
5. Remove the spring and bracket assembly from the rear of the
stock seat. This assembly will be used on the Mustang seat.

(1) Pivot mount adapter bracket #B30127
(1) 5/16 flat washer
(2) ¼‐20 x 5/8” long Phillips flat head screws (1) 5/16‐18 flange nut
(2) ¼‐20 x ¾” long Phillips truss head screws
