• Apply label 55-537441P001 to the front of the ASTAT cover. This label should cover the entire
face of the ASTAT top cover. This label shows the new terminal assignments.
• The #1 board (logic board) has changed from ASTAT to ASTAT Plus. See service instructions
DEH-40418 (ASTAT-CD Plus), or DEH-40417 (ASTAT-IBP Plus) for replacement instructions.
Note: Be sure to follow the setup procedures outlined in DEH-40397 (ASTAT-CD Plus), or
DEH-40396 (ASTAT-IBP Plus) after replacing the logic board.
• RS-232 communications is now a standard feature on ASTAT Plus. The communications board
is now obsolete. If the ASTAT is equipped with a communications board, it should be removed.
RS-232 communications may be established by following the instructions found in DEH-40397
(ASTAT-CD Plus), or DEH-40396 (ASTAT-IBP Plus).
