4.1.2 WYZWALACZ PODNAPIECIOWY
Wyzwalacz podnapieciowy (UVR)
Wyzwalacz podnapieciowy UVR uruchamia
mechanizm wyzwalania wylacznika, gdy
napiecie sieci obnizy sie ponizej okreslonego
poziomu. Wyzwalacze dla wylaczników
EntelliGuard posiadaja krótka zwloke czasowa
zapobiegajaca otwieraniu wylacznika w
przypadku krótkotrwalych zaników lub spadków
napiecia.
UWAGA: Ten wyzwalacz w stanie
beznapięciowym nie zezwala na zamknięcie
wyłącznika i może być stosowany do
blokowania wyłączników. Wyłącznik nie może
być zamknięty (ręcznie lub elektrycznie) jeśli
wyzwalacz nie jest zasilany odpowiednio
wysokim napięciem.
Wyzwalacz podnapieciowy:
Wyzwalacz jest przeznaczony do otwierania
wylacznika i zapobiegania jego zamknieciu gdy
napiecie sieci jest poza okreslonym zakresem.
Instalacja wyzwalacza podnapięciowego
1. Zdjąć płytę czołową według wskazówek.
2. Wyzwalacz jest montowany na pionowej
ściance mechanizmu w przedziale 2 i 4, jak
pokazano na Fot. D.
3. Przechylić cewkę do przodu i zaczepić
przednie zaczepy w pionowej ściance
mechanizmu w sposób pokazany na Fot. A.
4. Przechylić wyzwalacz do tyłu, tak aby zaczepy
z tyłu wsunęły się w szczeliny w pionowej
ściance mechanizmu w sposób pokazany na
Fot. B.
5. Po zainstalowaniu UV w pionowej ściance
mechanizmu podłączyć wtyczkę z przewodami
do zacisków A7/A8 lub A12/A13 na listwie
zaciskowej obwodów pomocniczych w sposób
pokazany na Fot. C.
6. Sprawdzić czy połączenie jest trwałe i czy
wtyczka jest podłączona do właściwych
przyłączy.
7. Zamontować płytę czołową.

4.1.2 UNDERVOLTAGE RELEASE
Undervoltage Release (UVR)
An UVR device activates the circuit breaker
tripping mechanism when the line voltage drops
below a specified threshold. The EntelliGuard
devices are equipped with a short delay to
prevent nuisance tripping on brown outs.
Under Voltage Releases are available as a
factory mounted devices or as a easy to fit field
installable units in a wide range of voltages.
NOTE: This accessory is a No-Volt/No Close
device and can be used to interlock breakers.
The circuit breaker cannot be closed (manually
or electrically) unless the undervoltage release is
energized above the required threshold.
Under Voltage Release:
A device designed to open the breaker contacts
and to prevent the breaker from closing when
the system voltage is not with in the specified
limits.
Installation of Under voltage release
1. Remove the fascia as explained..
2. This accessory is mounted on the mechanism
top plate at 2rd or 4rd location as shown in Fig.
D
3. Tilt the coil forward and engage the front
hooks into the mechanism top support plate as
shown in the Fig. A.
4. Tilt the device backwards until the rear hooks
engage in the slots on the mechanism top
support plate as shown in the Fig. B
5. After installing the UV on the mechanism top
plate, connect the input wire assembly plug to
the A7/A8 or A12/A13 locations marked on the
secondary disconnect as shown in Fig. C.
6. Ensure that the plug in connection is firm and
that the plug is inserted into the correct
terminals.
7. Assemble the fascia as explained.
4.1.2 UNTERSPANNUNGSAUSLÖSER
Unterspannungs-Auslöser (UVR)
Der UVR aktiviert sofort den Leistungsschalter
Auslöse-Mechanismus, wenn die Versorgungs-
Spannung unterhalb der Schwelle der zulässig
niedrigsten Spannung abfällt. Der UVR ist
verfügbar als ein werkseitig montiertes oder als
ein einfaches, Vor-Ort installierbares Gerät mit
breitem Spannungsbereich .
HINWEIS: Das Zubehör ist ein Spannungslos /
OFFEN Gerät und kann auch zur Verriegelung
von Leistungsschaltern verwendet werden.
Der Leistungsschalter kann nicht geschlossen
werden (manuell oder elektrisch), es sei denn, die
Unterspannungsauslöser-Modul-Spannung ist
über dem geforderten Spannungsgrenzwert.
Unterspannungsauslöser:
Ein Gerät zum Öffnen der Leistungsschalter-
Hauptkontakte und um zu verhindern, dass der
Leistungsschalter geschlossen werden kann,
wenn sich die Systemspannung nicht in den
angegebenen Grenzen befindet.
Die Montage des Unterspannungauslöser:
1. Entfernen Sie die Schalter-Frontabdeckung,
s.u.
2. Dieser Zubehörartikel ist auf der
Modulträgerplatte an der 2. oder 4. Position
montierbar, siehe Abb.D.
3. Kippen Sie das Modul nach vorn, damit die
vorderen Haken in die Trägerplatte eingreifen,
wie in der Abb. A gezeigt.
4. Kippen Sie das Gerät rückwärts, bis die
hinteren Haken in die Schlitze in der Trägerplatte
einrasten, wie in der Abb. B gezeigt.
5. Nach der Montage des
Unterspannungsauslösers auf die Trägerplatte
schließen Sie den Eingangsleiterstecker an der
mit A7/A8 oder A12/A13 bezeichneten Position
an dem Hilfstrennblock an, der in Abb. C gezeigt
wird.
6. Stellen Sie sicher, dass der
Verdrahtungsstecker fest in die richtigen
sekundären Hilfstrennblock-Anschlüsse
eingesteckt wird.
7. Setzen Sie die Frontabdeckung in
umgekehrter Reihenfolge wieder auf.

Removal of Front cover
1. Remove pad locks, installed if any.
2. Unscrew the 6 screws using a Pozidrive screw driver as shown in Fig. A&B
3. Rotate the charging handle down and slide the front cover over the handle to
remove out as shown in Fig. C.
Abbau der Frontabdeckung
1. Entfernen Sie installierte Vorhängeschlösser.
2. Lösen Sie die 6 Schrauben mit einem Pozidrive-Schraubenzieher wie in Abb. A&B
dargestellt. 3. Ziehen Sie den Spannhebel nach unten, während Sie die
Abdeckung für den Abbau nach oben über den Hebel heben, wie in Abb. C.
Usunięcie płyty czołowej
1. Usunąć kłódki, jeśli są założone
2. Odkręcić 6 śrub używając wkrętaka Pozidrive w sposób pokazany na Fot. A i B
3. Obrócić korbę w dół i przesunąć płytę czołową nad dźwignią aby zdjąć ją w
sposób pokazany na Fot. C.
