In the event of a conflict between the Agreement and the Term and Conditions or the Privacy Policy, the
Agreement shall control.
22. LIMITATIONS OF ACTIONS
You shall not bring any action against GE arising out of or related to this Agreement or the subject
matter hereof more than one (1) year after the occurrence of the event that gave rise to such action.
23. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under New York law without regard to the Uniform
Computer Information Transactions Act. Choice of law rules and the United Nations Convention on
Contracts for the International Sale of Goods will not apply.
24. ENTIRE AGREEMENT; ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND EXCLUSIVITY
You acknowledge that You have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms
and conditions. You further agree that this Agreement is the complete and exclusive statement of the
agreement between You and GE regarding the subject matter of this Agreement, and that this
Agreement supersedes all prior or contemporaneous oral or written communications, proposals,
representations, and any other communication between You and GE relating to the subject matter of
this Agreement. GE may modify the Agreement at any time with notice to You, and upon receipt of such
notice, You will be required to accept the terms of such modified Agreement in order to continue using
the Service.
