The Tools menu items allow you to configure options for special functions. Select
an item then press <Enter> to display the sub-menu.

�.�.1 Speeding HDD Configuration
• Before using the Speeding HDD function, ensure that you have connected
the SATA signal cables and installed SATA hard disk drives to the
SPD_HDD1 and SPD_HDD2 connectors.
• You can only make one Speeding HDD change a time before you save
BIOS settings and restart the computer.
Speeding HDD Group:
Current Mode
Displays the current Speeding HDD mode.
Changed Mode
This item appears only when you select a Speeding HDD mode to update
and displays the Speeding HDDt mode that you have changed.
Ultra Space
This item appears only when you have created a drive partition using the
Ultra Space function.
