To install the battery pack

Installing and uninstalling the
battery pack
Your Eee PC may have its battery pack installed. If not, use the following
procedures to install the battery pack.

1. Unlock the manual lock to
remove the battery cover.
2. Push the battery pack into the
battery compartment until you
hear a clicking sound from the
PRESS button.
3. Reintall the battery cover by
locking the manual lock.
