GAS DETECTOR ALARM

Order ref: 350.134UK

User Manual

A high sensitivity alarm for detecting the leakage of household gas, liquefied petroleum gas
(LPG) and natural gas. The sensor reacts with the diffused gases in the air directly and
generates a linear voltage signal. When the detected gas density reaches a set value, the
alarm emits a loud alarm signal to alert users to take precautionary measures in time.

Operation:
1) Plug in the gas detector in order to be pre-heated. This takes up to 2 minutes and will

display the red LED light during this time. The unit will not detect gas when in this warm-
up state. Once the unit is heated, the red LED will go off. During working state the red
LED will flash every 40 seconds (approx.)

2) When testing, press the test button and hold for a few seconds. The alarm will beep and

the red LED will flash. Releasing the button will stop the alarm and the sound.

3) When the detected gas density reaches a set value, the alarm emits a loud alarm signal.
4) If the unit is being used to detect natural gas, install it 50cm below the ceiling. If it is

being used to detect compressed petroleum gas, please install it 30cm from the ground.

Please note:

Do not use the alarm in humid, damp, dusty or smoky environments and keep out of
direct sunlight.

Keep out of reach of children.

Any repairs should be carried out by qualified personnel.

Please retain this manual for future reference.
