Ensure that the application surface is evenly and firmly in contact with your skin and that the ‘Ready’ indicator

light is flashing; this indicator light guarantees that the appliance is in full contact with your skin. For your safety,

the release switch will be able to release a pulse only if the application surface is firmly pressed against your skin.

Check the control panel. If the skin colour indicator light flashes for 3 seconds, the appliance is indicating

that the the skin colour sensor sensor has assessed yours skin colour as too dark for the Homelight device

to be used safely. Try using the appliance on another area.
Check the replace flash lamp indicator light. If it is lit, unplug your appliance and change the flash lamp.
