Required accessories
A soft cloth and part no. 206360 including:
• 1 pc. draw tool
Use
Wiper and gasket replacement of MJK SuSix ® Sensor (part no. 206312) with cleaning
system/wiper from serial no. 49482 to 51499 incl.
Reservations
Replacement of wiper and gasket must be carried out by MJK authorized and trained
personnel in an electrostatic discharge (ESD) secured area.
Installation
1. Move the sensor from the process fluid.
2. Disconnect the sensor from the converter and all electrical connections.
3. Clean and wipe the sensor off thoroughly, and position it in a stable, upright position.
4. Unscrew the screw and dispose of the wiper (see figure 1).

5. If required, carefully remove any dirt in the gasket rill with the screwdriver.
Make absolutely sure that dirt, moisture or liquid do not get into the sensor !
