The on and off control has 5 settings + a turbo speed setting.

POWER MIXER

This product is ideal for mixing cakes, bread, pizzas, eggwhite, pastry cream and whipped cream.

Suggestions for use
We recommend using the beaters for soft mixtures (cake bases, custards, mounted eggwhite, cream) and the dough hooks are

recommended for thicker mixtures (bread dough, pizzas, short-crust pastry for savory pies). For more even results, gradually increase

the mixing speed.

Operation
- Insert and fasten either the beaters

or dough hooks

according to the type of mixing to be carried out, into the mixer motor unit

- Insert the plug in the socket.
- Select the mixing speed with the specific speed control switch

Warning:
- Do not use the appliance continuously for more than 5 minutes, and allow for it to cool down for 5 minutes before restarting.
- Do not cover the air vents with your hands or any other object during use.

CLEANING

Clean the appliance only when it is switched off and after having disconnected it from the mains.
- Press the ejection button

to release the beaters/hooks.

- The beaters are hand washable with hot water and detergent and dishwasher safe.
- The motor unit

may be cleaned with a well-wrung damp cloth.

Warning:
- Do not use abrasive detergents or rough cloths that might scratch the plastic surfaces.
- Do not allow water or other objects to enter into the air vents.

MAXIMUM MIXING QUANTITIES

Up to 600 g of flour and 400 ml of water.
