Using the unit

Please note!

Pre-heat the grill for approximately 5 minutes before use.

The cooking time depends on the type of food you are cooking, the degree you
want it cooked (e.g. steak medium rare) and the quality of the ingredients.

1.

Wipe the grill and griddle clean using a damp cloth.

2.

Plug the thermostat connector into the body of the appliance, and then plug
the power cord into the socket and switch the appliance on.

3.

Turn on the thermostat light and preheat the appliance until the light is off.

4.

Place the ingredients you wish to cook onto the appropriate surface i.e. meat is
generally best cooked on the griddle while eggs are best cooked on the grill
face.

5.

Adjust the temperature accordingly throughout the cooking process.

After use, unplug the grill from the wall outlet. Allow a cooling period to occur, wipe
the interior of the appliance with a damp cloth, and make sure the machine body is
clean.

Ceramic surface grill

Please note: Do not cut food on the ceramic surface of the appliance as it will
damage the ceramic qualities of the cooling surface. Use soft utensils on the surface of
the appliance only.

Half grill/ griddle surfaces

Here are a few tips to help you fully utilize the different surfaces of your new grill.

The griddles jagged surface makes it ideal for cooking meat such a chicken and
beef steaks.

It is best to cook vegetables and eggs on the grills surface.

It is recommended when cooking eggs on the grill to use a little oil to prevent it
from sticking to its surface.
