Enhancing presentation

Enhance the presentation of your chocolate fountain with “Liquor flavoured
chocolates”. Prior to mixing the liquor with the chocolate, you can burn off the
alcohol of the liquor by cooking it on the stove top. By bringing it to the boil it
burns off the alcohol, leaving only the flavour. Mix this with your choice of
chocolate before adding it to the Chocolate fountain.

Desired flavour

Use

Orange chocolate

Grand mariner

Chocolate hazelnut

Frangelico

Coffee chocolate

Kahlua

Mint chocolate

Crème de menthe

Chocolate macaroon

Coconut mix

Chocolate liqueur

Godiva liqueur

Using a measuring cup, add 1/4 cup of liquor additive (more or less,
depending on your taste).

Note: For best results use 60% cocoa, any higher percentage will require more oil.

Cleaning

1.

Before first use and after each use, be sure to wash the tower and auger
thoroughly.

2.

Make sure the unit is unplugged before cleaning it. Remove the auger and
the tower and soak them in warm, soapy water.

3.

Carefully pour out as much remaining chocolate from the base bowl as
possible. Use a damp sponge or cloth to wipe the remainder clean. To clean
the outside of the unit, wipe with a dampened cloth until clean and dry with
a non-abrasive towel.

Note: Do not immerse the base, as this holds all of the electrical components.

Do not pour excess or leftover chocolate down the drain or in the toilet, pour it
into a plastic bag or disposable container before placing it in a dustbin.
