1. INTRODUCTION
With the advent of pristine digital studio recording facilities now-days, more and more recording
engineers are wanting to retain as much warmth, detail and roundness in their recordings as pos-
sible. One way to achieve this is to use a ribbon microphone!
The SM MC04 is a dedicated ribbon microphone of exceptional quality featuring he following:
