BATTERIES

The Karaoke Micro Star works with 4 AA type

alkaline batteries.

This toy must only be used with the specified batteries.

BATTERY INSTALLATION
1. Open the battery compartment cover located at the back of the unit.
2. Install the 4 AA alkaline batteries and follow the polarity as shown inside the battery compartment.
3. Close the battery compartment.
4. Switch On the microphone.

Batteries are to be inserted with the correct polarity. Do not mix different types of batteries, or new and old batteries in the unit. Do not charge alkaline or
standard (carbon zinc) batteries. Charge rechargeable batteries only under adult supervision. Take rechargeable batteries out of the unit before charging
them. Remove weak or dead batteries from the product. Do not short-circuit the supply terminals. Use only specified batteries. Do not throw batteries into
fire. If the toy is not being used for a length of time, remove the batteries.

When the sound is weak or when there is no image on your TV screen, it may be time to change the batteries.

If your unit shows some malfunction, take the batteries out of the compartment and reinsert them again, this will RESET the operation of the product.

WARNING ABOUT EPILEPSY

Please read before using the karaoke player by yourself or by your child.
Some people may suffer from epilepsy or lose consciousness when seeing blinking lights or when exposed to elements in our daily environment. Those
people may be putting themselves at risk when they watch certain TV images or when they play with some video games. People who have had no previous
history of epilepsy could also be at risk.
If you or a member of your family have already had symptoms which could be linked to epilepsy (seizures or loss of consciousness), while playing with
light stimulating games; please consult your doctor before use.
We advise parents to be cautious when their children play with video games.
If you or your children suffer from the following symptoms: vertigo, eye trouble, eye or muscles contractions, loss of consciousness, orientation trouble,
involuntary movements or convulsions, please stop playing immediately, and consult a doctor.

QUICK START

Connection to your TV:
Connect the Audio-Video cable plug (black) to the bottom of the Karaoke Player. Connect the 3 audio-video jacks (white, red and yellow) to the audio-video
plugs or on the scart plug of your TV.

On / Off:
Press the POWER button located on the side of the microphone to switch it ON.
Press the AV button of your TV to view the list of songs on the TV.
To turn OFF the microphone, press the « POWER » button for 5 seconds. Your Karaoke Player will go into «Sleep Mode» after not being used for 2 minutes,
and a display will be seen on your TV. After being in sleep mode for 10 minutes, the Karaoke Player will automatically turn off.

To select songs:
Your Karaoke Player comes with 50 different songs.
Those songs are listed on your TV screen.
Use the Up and Down arrows to select one of the 50 songs.
Press « PLAY » to select the song.

To sing!:
After selecting your song, press the « Play » button and the song will begin to play. Lyrics are displayed on the TV and highlighted to indicate when they
