Chiller is pre-assembly and wired from the factory. Furthermore, each chiller and pump station is
factory tested for operation and leak proof. A test report is available upon request only.
Plumbing:
Each Module, including the pump station, will be shipped individually. The module will be stack
next to each other as shown in drawing. Each module provided with two sets of water connection,
chilled water and condenser water. These connections are 2-inch female pipe thread (FPT). Field
installation will be to connect these connections to appropriate manifold.
There are two pumps provided for the pump station, re-circulating pump and process pump. The
pump connections are flanged bolt that is rated at 150PSI.
Electrically:
One single power supply point is provided at each chiller. Customer is responsible to supply the
correct voltage and protected circuit to the chiller. The chiller is equipped with microprocess
controller that also communication to other chiller through a pLan protocol, created by Carel. Carel
is stationed in Mainheim, PA. A 3-wire shield jacketed wire will be provided from Schreiber
Engineering for the connection. See schematic.
