The new Climax Face-Adjustable ID
Bearing Mount greatly increases the
versatility and adaptability of your BB5000
Boring Machine. This new ID Bearing Mount
provides you with a wide mounting range
and the ability to easily install and adjust the
mount from the open face portion of your
bore. Independently adjustable mounting
legs also simplify centering the mount in
bores which are not perfectly round. The
Climax ID bearing mount is ideal for
mounting your BB5000 Boring Machine in
“deep” or “blind” bores or for any boring
application where limited space is available
for an OD bearing mount.
Key Benefits
• Wide internal bore mounting range of
5.75” to 12.50” (146.05 mm to 317.50
mm). One ID bearing mount covers a
range formerly requiring multiple
mounting assemblies.
• ID Bearing Mount is easily adjustable
from the open bore end using a speed
wrench. No need to try and reach deep
inside the bore. Simplifies and speeds
up the mounting operation.
• Each supporting leg is individually
adjustable. Allows you to quickly center
the mount inside bores which are not
completely round.
