WARNING: IMPROPER INSTALLATION MAY RESULT INS SERIOUS PERSONAL INJURY! All
components must be securely fastened to each other and to the ceiling. AND the ceiling MUST be capable of
supporting 4 times the suspended load of the unit you are using. If it cannot, the ceiling MUST be reinforced.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

1.

Using four ¼-20 nuts and washers, secure the LCDA cradle into LCDA frame on the four ¼-20 studs. Do
not fully tighten the nuts.

2.

Measure projector width and height and adjust LCDA frame to appropriate size. Hand tighten only to
prevent members from moving freely (see Figure 1).

3.

Thread the 1 ½” jam nut all the way onto the 1 ½” pipe

4.

Thread the LCDA assembly onto the pipe (in a clockwise direction) until the top cross member is fully
engaged.

5.

Turn the jam nut down until it secures the top cross member.

6.

Place the LCD/DLP projector into the LCDA frame and adjust width and height as required to create a
snug fit around the projector.

7.

With the projector set at the desired angle, tighten all fasteners.

TO ADJUST YAW:
Loosen the 1 ½” jam nut and back it off a couple
of turns. Turn LCDA frame assembly clockwise to
desired yaw and re-tighten jam nut. CAUTION!
When turning LCDA assembly about the pipe in a
counter clockwise direction, it may be completely
unthreaded (see Figure 1).

TO ADJUST PITCH:
Slightly loosen four ¼-20 bolts at the upper
outsides of the assembly and it may be tilted
forward or backward to a desired angle. Re-
tighten bolts (see Figure 1).

TO ADJUST ROLL:
Loosen either of the roll adjust bolts and tip
assembly to desired angle. Re-tighten opposite
bolt to lock position (see Figure 1).
