This Analog Way product has a 1 year warranty on parts and labor (except for the power supply, the frame

head and the battery that are under warranty only in case of “Dead On Arrival”). This warranty does not

include faults resulting from user negligence, special modifications, electrical surges, abuse (drop/crush),

and/or other unusual damage. In the unlikely event of a malfunction, please contact your local Analog Way

office for service.

Hot swap:

You may wish to replace defective elements while the installation is running.

To replace a defective power supply unit while the LiveCore™ device is running, follow these steps (taking the

usual safety measures against ESD):

• Unplug the power cable from the mains,

• Unplug the power cable from the defective Power Supply Unit and take it off,

• Fit the new Power Supply Unit,

• Plug the IEC power cable to the Power Supply Unit,

• Connect the power cable to the mains.

To replace the battery, put the LiveCore™ device in stand-by, replace the battery then turn on the LiveCore™

device.

WARRANTY AND SERVICE

The third step is to connect the Secure Power Unit to the

LiveCore™ through an RS232 cable. It will provide information

about the Secure Power Unit directly on the Web RCS

interface. Connect the ground between the Secure Power

Unit and the LiveCore™ device.

The last step is to power the Secure Power Unit. The LiveCore™

device is ready to run safely.

WARNING: In order to power the Secure Power Unit, plug IEC

cables first in the Secure Power Unit then plug into the mains

power.
