How to Fish-Wire

1.

Remove (3) exhaust isolators from driver’s side vehicle. See photo’s next page. Allow muffler to drop down so that hitch can be

rotated above muffler and against frame. Axle will keep exhaust from falling to far. See Pictures 1-3 next page.

2.

Using Bolt Leaders install 7/16” carriage bolts and blocks up through larger diameter hole in bottom of vehicle frame and back

down through smaller attachment holes in bottom of frame both sides. See diagram above. Then install 7/16” carriage bolts and

blocks up through large diameter hole and back down through the same hole bottom of frame both sides of vehicle.

See Picture 4 next page.

3.

Pushing muffler outward raise hitch into position above exhaust. Locate hitch brackets on bottom of frame, being careful to

guide bolts and Bolt Leaders through slots in hitch side brackets.

4.

Pull ends of carriage bolts through vehicle frame and hitch brackets and loosely install conical toothed washers and hex nuts.

Make sure carriage bolts engage with square hole in block as you pull bolts through frame.

5.

Slide hitch towards passenger’s side of vehicle as far as it will go. Torque nuts to specs below. Reattach exhaust isolators.
