Introduction:
This manual, the VHPC-1100 Metering Pump Manual, provides information you need
to perform simple maintenance and repair on your equipment.
Step-by-step assembly and disassembly procedures are included for each
component.
Please read the manual carefully. Follow the steps in the order given, otherwise you
may damage the equipment or injure yourself.

gloves when performing service and repair on this equipment.
This manual covers the repair of the VHPC-1100 Metering Pump Assembly:
During Disassembly . . .
As you disassemble the equipment, layout the components in the correct order and
direction. This will help you to reassemble them. Also have a current parts drawing to
reference during repair.
Tools needed for removal and repair of pump.
• Bench Vise
• 2” wrench (50.8 mm), adjustable or open end
• 1.5 wrench (38.1 mm), adjustable or open end
• 1.75 wrench (44.45), adjustable or open end
• Medium size adjustable wrench (8”) or full set of open end wrenches
• 5/64” Allen wrench or rod
• Flat head screw driver
• Straight scribe.
