Mallory Ignition ACCEL High Flow Fuel Valve 5105_5106 - Manual

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
ACCEL HIGH-FLOW FUEL VALVE
#5105 / #5106
Drain fuel tank(s). Remove old valve. The ACCEL valve is installed on the fuel tank
in the same manner as the OEM valve. Thread nut to lowest position on valve
(LH thread). Be sure the non-stick washer is in the inside of the nut resting on top of
the valve. Place the valve on the fuel tank bung (RH thread), and thread the fuel tank
nut onto the tank bung until tight.
For 5106 only:
To prevent damage to O-rings, and possible leakage, DO NOT REMOVE hose barb
from stem. Determine the best position for the hose barb, then tighten Nyloc nut on
the bottom of the valve. Proceed to connect the fuel hose.
