Media control

The TXC-ACT has a standard set of motion control buttons located on the
MouseDisk (Figure 4).

FFWD

REW

PAUSE

STOP

STEP FWD

Figure 5 shows the headend system media control features.

Operation

Function

Description

Laserdisc

Chapter

Search for a specific chapter.

Press CHPTR, the chapter number, and ENTER.

Frame

Search for a specific frame.

Press FRAME, the frame number, and ENTER.

Clear

Cancel previous commands.

Press CLEAR or ESC.

Optional

Access optional laserdisc features.

Press ALT, one of the following buttons, and ENTER.

1 Audio Channel 1/Left Channel

2 Audio Channel 2/Right Channel

3 Both Channels 1 and 2

4 Audio Mute

5 Audio Channel 3

6 Audio Channel 4

7 Both Audio Channels 3 and 4

8 Audio Mute

9 Display On/Off

10 Flip Slides

The TXC-ACT supports

laserdisc functions for chapter

and frame searches as well as

motion media controls. The

source must be able to accept

a chapter or frame command.
