Description and setting of the menu functions

1. Priority transmission (TX_SEL)

CT 510 can operate on a sub-band despite you are working on the ope-
rating band.
EDIT:

transmission on the operating band.

BUSY:

transmission on the latest used band.

The default setting is EDIT.

2. Voice mode (APRO)

OFF:

voice off.

COMP: voice compander.
BCLO:

busy channel lockout

ON:

busy channel lockout function is active.

SCRM: Scrambler

3. Busy channel lockout (BCLO)

ON:

busy channel lockout function is activated.

OFF:

busy channel lockout function is off.

4. Bandwidth selection wide / narrow (W/N)

Wide:

25kHz

Narrow: 12,5kHz

5. Scan list (SCAN)

This function is available only in MR mode and is useful to add or delete
the current memory channel to the scan list.
Select this menu and rotate the POWER/DIAL knob to select “ADD” or
“DEL”; confirm by pushing PTT or ENT and exit with U/V key.
