FEATURES

Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) - Timer display and clock. Clock displays as hour,

minutes and seconds in either a 12-hour or 24-hour format.

Clock button - Returns LCD to clock display

Hour button - press to set hour function

Timer Buttons - 2 independent timer buttons

Start/Stop Buttons - Starts and pauses T1 and T2

NORMAL TIME SETTING

1. Press “Clock” button for approximately 3 seconds. Display time will flash.

2. Press “H” button to reset hour setting.

NOTE: press and hold time setting buttons for approximately 2 seconds for

rapid acceleration of time setting.

3. The letter “P” will appear in the display below

the colon to designate PM. No designation indicates AM.

4. Press “M” button to set minute setting.

5. Press “S” button to set seconds setting. When digits are between 00 to 29,

setting will return to zero. Pressing “S” button when digits are between 30 to

59, range will advance to next minute.

6. Press ‘Clock” button to start clock. Colon will flash in clock mode.

7. Clock operates independently of timing channels. Whenever “CLOCK”

button is pressed, current time will appear in the display.

12/24 HOUR FORMAT SELECTION

1. To activate 24-hour format, in Clock Mode press and hold START/STOP

button for approximately 3 seconds. A beep tone will indicate format change.

2. To change back to 12-hour format, repeat step 1.

COUNT-DOWN TIMER SETTING

Example: T1 with 3 hour, 18 minutes and 22 seconds

1. Press “T1” button to select the desired timer. The selected timer will appear

in the display. Colon does not flash in timer mode.

2. Press “C” to clear the timer and reset to zero.

3. Press “H”, “M”, or “S” buttons to set timer. Rapid acceleration of digits can

be achieved by holding the individual buttons down for 2 seconds.

4. If programming error occurs, hold respective “H”, “M”, or “S” button down first,

simultaneously press “C” button to clear digit. Reprogram as explained above.

5. Follow same procedure above for programming timer channel T2.

6. Press “START/STOP” button to activate timer. When both timers are active,

the timer being viewed will be indicated by a “T1” or “T2” display that is not

flashing. Active, non-displayed timer will be indicated by a flashing indicator.

7. When a displayed timer is actively timing, press START/STOP button and

displayed timer will pause.

8. Press START/STOP button again and timing will resume.

TIMER BUZZER ALARM

1. When timer reaches 00:00:00, timer buzzer alarm will activate and timer will

proceed to count up in seconds.

2. Stop timer buzzer by pressing any button.

3. Buzzer will automatically stop after 60 seconds. The count-up timer

continues to operate until stopped.

4. Count-up timer, in alarm mode, can be stopped by pressing any button.

5. Press “C” button to reset display to zero.

6. If both timers are active, and each expires within a minute of each other, the

alarm will activate for one minute following the expiration of the first alarm.

7. Both timers will proceed to count upwards once the respective timer has

reached 00:00:00.

8. Press START/STOP button to turn off.

TIMER MEMORY RECALL

1. After timer buzzer alarm and timer stop (do not press “C”), press “START/

STOP” button to recall the preset timer time.

2. Press “START/STOP” button again to start timer.

NOTE: Both timers can be used at same time. When using both timers, press

“T1” or “T2” button to display each timer.

COUNT-UP/STOPWATCH TIMER

1. Press “T1” or “T2” button.

2. Press “CLEAR” button to clear display.

3. Press “START/STOP” button, timer will begin.

4. Press START/STOP to stop the timer.

5. To restart, press START/STOP button again.

6. To deactivate, press START/STOP button, then press “CLEAR” button.

WALL-MOUNT RECESS HOLES

Located on the back side of the unit.

MAGNETIC ATTACHMENT

The timer can be attach to iron or steel surfaces, using the magnet attached to

clip on backside of timer.

TABLE TOP USE

Use the retractable table stand to set the unit on a flat surface such as a bench

top.

BATTERY REPLACEMENT

Clock Alarm Battery

Replace battery when low. Open battery compartment located behind

retractable table stand by unscrewing battery compartment door. Replace with

one silver-oxide battery (Control Company Cat. No. 1039).

Buzzer Alarm Battery

The buzzer alarm has separate batteries. To replace the buzzer alarm batteries,

open the battery door by gently pressing and pushing the center of the door.

Insert two “AAA” size batteries (Control Company Cat. No. 1105)

NOTE: The timer will continue to function without buzzer batteries being

installed. However, if these batteries are not installed, the buzzer alarm

will not function.

ALL OPERATIONAL DIFFICULTIES
If this timer does not function properly for any reason, please replace the

batteries with new, high-quality batteries (see “Battery Replacement” section).

Low battery power can occasionally cause any number of “apparent” opera-

tional difficulties. Replacing the batteries with new, fresh batteries will solve most

difficulties.

MAINTENANCE - When handled properly, this unit is engineered to give years

of satisfactory service. Here are a few product care instructions:

1. Do not immerse unit in water. IF unit comes in contact with water, dry unit

immediately with soft, lint-free cloth.

2. Do not clean unit with abrasive or corrosive materials. Abrasive cleaning

agents may scratch the plastic parts and corrode the electronic circuit.

3. Do not subject the unit to excessive: force, shock, dust, temperature, or

humidity. Such treatment may result in malfunction, a shorter electronic life

span, damaged batteries, or distorted parts.

4. Do not tamper with unit’s internal components. Doing so will terminate unit’s

warranty and may cause damage. Unit contains no

user-serviceable parts.

5. Only use new batteries as specified in this instruction manual. Do not mix

new and old batteries as the old batteries may leak.
