ABOUT ALARMS
The alarm will sound for 60 seconds and then turn off automatically to preserve battery
life.

When a timing channel reaches zero, but is not being displayed, the alarm for that
channel will sound and the channel will begin counting up.

To silence the alarm and stop the count-up timing for the channel that is alarming, press
the START/STOP button.

When multiple channels are alarming, the alarm for the most recent channel to reach
zero will sound. Example: If T1 is alarming (1 beep) and then T2 reaches zero, you
will hear the alarm for T2 (2 beeps).

When multiple channels are alarming, pressing the START/STOP button turns off the
alarm and stops the count-up timing for the channel that is alarming. The other
channels will continue counting up. To stop the count-up timing for the other channels,
press the corresponding channel button (T1, T2, T3, or T4) and then press the
START/STOP button.

MEMORY RECALL
When timing repetitive intervals, the memory function will recall the last programmed
time for each channel.
1.

Follow steps 1 through 4 in the “Countdown Alarm Timing” section.

2.

Once the count-up timing has been stopped for the corresponding channel (T1,
T2, T3, or T4), press the START/STOP button to recall the last programmed
time.

3.

Press the START/STOP button to begin counting down. You may repeat this
process as often as needed for each channel.

Note: If the CLEAR button is pressed when the time is stopped, it clears the display to
zero and clears the last programmed time from memory for the channel being
displayed.

CLEARING THE DISPLAY TO ZERO
If an error is made during an entry, press the CLEAR button to clear the display to

ALL OPERATIONAL DIFFICULTIES
If this timer does not function properly for any reason, please replace the batteries with
new high quality batteries (see the “Battery Replacement” section). Low battery power
can occasionally cause any number of “apparent” operational difficulties. Replacing
the batteries with new fresh batteries will solve most difficulties.

BATTERY REPLACEMENT
An incorrect display, no display or operational difficulties indicate that the batteries
should be replaced. Slide open the battery cover on the back of the timer. Remove
the exhausted batteries and insert two new #357 size silver oxide batteries. Insert the
batteries with the positive “+” side visible. Replace the battery cover.
