Problem Possible!cause Solution
Appliance not working;
no symbols light up.
There is no power supply. Check that the appliance is prop­
erly plugged into the power supply.
Machine brews but no
drink dispensed.
The water tank is not
correctly positioned.
Make sure that the water tank is
positioned correctly.
The water tank was
removed during the brew­
ing process or there is air
in the system.
Start a cleaning cycle with the
Service T DISC.
The loat in the water
tank is stuck.
Clean the water tank and ensure
the loat can move.
13.!Now place the ilter cartridge holder
(5c) with the ilter cartridge (5d) into the
empty water tank and ill the tank with
fresh water to the max mark.

Your TASSIMO machine is ready for use
again.
