WARNING: Read all instruction prior to installation. Never work on a snowmobile while snowmobile is running.
Before any drilling is done to your snowmobile, take adequate precautions to be sure no debris will end up in your
clutches or any other areas that may cause damage or injury. If possible, remove the clutch guard from the
snowmobile before drilling any holes or doing any riveting, this will make installation cleaner and easier.

Step 1:

Drill through the bottom of the CargoCaddy from inside at all six

numbered bosses with a 7/32” drill bit.

Step 2:

Sandwich the belt clips between the bottom of the CargoCaddy and the top of the brackets and fasten using

six rivets as shown in the picture.

Step 3:

Remove any previously installed spare spark plug or drive belt holders from the top of the clutch guard that

will interfere with the CargoCaddy.
