The Overview:


The Front LEDs:

Powerline AP

ON

Powerline AP network activity.

OFF

Search or no Powerline AP network activity.

Ethernet

ON

Ethernet connection is OK.

FLASHING Data transfer.
OFF

No link to Ethernet.

Wireless

ON

Wireless Function Enable

FLASHING Data transfer.

The Rear Connectors:
Connect an Ethernet cable from your PC's Ethernet port to the LAN port of the Powerline
200M Wireless-N Extender.

Connect to the Ethernet Cable

Secure Button

Button can auto secure and group the Powerline AP devices.

Reset/WPS
Button

WPS: Press 1 second can enable the WPS search function.
Reset: Press 5 seconds can reset the device to factory default.

Standby
Button

Press this button to enable the standby mode (EuP/ErP function).
This function will stop the device activities in order to save energy.

CONFIGURING POWERLINE WITH WEB BROWSER


Before enter the web UI, please make sure your PC/NB's LAN TCP/IP settings should be in
the 192.168.16.x (x cannot be 168) IP domain, for example, you can set as "192.168.16.5"
and then follow the steps to enter the web management UI. Open web browser and type
http://192.168.16.168 in the browser's address box. This number is the default IP address for
this device. The default user name is “admin” and password is "password".

Insert the CD into your CD-ROM, and the CD will be display with Auto-Run.

This product is intended for connection to the AC power line.

The following pre-cautions should be taken when using this product:

Please read all instructions before installing and operating this product.

current-carrying conductors).

Do not allow anything to reset on the product interconnect cords.

Do not locate this product where people may walk on the cords.

The power cord should be plugged directly into a specification AC wall outlet.

Only a qualified technician should service this product. Opening or removing
covers may result in exposure to dangerous voltage points or other risk.

Unplug this product from the wall outlet and refer the product to qualified
service personal for the following conditions:
1. When the interconnect cords are damaged or frayed.
2. If liquid has been spilled onto the product.
3. If the product has been exposed to rain or water.
4. If the product does not operate normally when the operating instructions

have been followed.

5. If the product exhibits a distinct change in performance.
