The Pinkerton Wireless Remote Control has been designed for simplicity
and ease of use. It has simple wiring connections and can be used in a variety of
applications. Primarily, this product can be used to control arming/disarming a
Pinkerton alarm system and panic button. Pinkerton Wireless Remote Controls are
fitted with two relays. The controller can only handle Pinkerton
(PINWRC) Remote
Controls. Up to 20 remote controls can be learnt to one receiver.
Note: The remote controls supplied with the receiver are pre-programmed.
Interfacing with the Pinkerton Security System
To connect the Pinkerton Wireless Remote Controls to the Pinkerton Security System,
please connect as shown below.
Working instructions
Press button “A” on Remote control. KY is momentarily trigger to D – the system will
arm. Retriggering of this input will disarm the system.
To program visual or audible indication enable option 6 at address 096. For Visual
indication enable option 4 at address 240.
(Please refer to Pinkerton Installer Manual pages 24 & 26).
Press button “B” on key fob will trigger panic mode. Siren & strobe in alarm mode.
To switch off, press button “A” on Remote control twice.
Programming of remote controls
1. To enter programming mode, press and hold Programming button (2) for
2 seconds. Programming LED indicator (1) will light to indicate you are in
programming mode.
2. Press any button Remote control twice, the LED will distinguish and Remote
control programmed.
3. To program more Remote controls repeat step 1.
Note: Programming LED will be off automatically in 5 seconds if no button is pressed.
Deleting remote control
To delete remote control, press and hold programming button (2) for 8 seconds.
Programming LED will flash to indicate all Remote controls are removed successfully.
