SMG105 Sound Masking Generator
The SMG105 is a sound masking generator designed to be compatible with any brand of
Mixer/Amplifier. It generates a soft pink noise that acoustically sounds like air-handling
ducts or vents. It can provide voice privacy, at an affordable cost, for offices or facilities
where privacy enhancement is desired or required. The pseudo-random sequence that
feeds the pink noise low-pass filter on the SMG105, exceeds 1.5 days in length before the
sequence is repeated. This will provide you with a reliable high security solution for your
voice masking.
Instructions:
The SMG105 is designed to be a “stick-on” type module. It can be mounted either on or
next to your amplifier. Just hook-up the output signal from the SMG105 to the input of
your amplifier, then adjust the sound level using the controls on the front of the unit.

Warranty:
Emtech Electronics, Inc. warrants the Model SMG105 for a period of one year, from the
original date of purchase, against defects in parts and workmanship. If a defect occurs,
the unit will be repaired or replaced, at our option, free of all charges if delivered prepaid
to the factory. Warranty does not extend to finish, appearance, abuse or defects due to
the misuse or operation under other than specified conditions, nor does it extend to
incidental or consequential damages. Repair by anyone other than Emtech will void the
warranty.
