High Chair Mode (USA):
•Read these instructions carefully before use and keep for future reference.
•Always ensure that the child is correctly harnessed into the high chair before use.

WARNING:
Prevent serious injury or death from falls or sliding out.

WARNING:
Always secure child in the restraints. The tray is not designed to hold the child in the
chair. It is recommended that the high chair be used only by children capable of sitting
upright unassisted.

Always keep the child in view while in the high chair.
•The Multi Dine can be cleaned using warm water and a mild soap. Never use bleach or abrasive
cleaners.
Booster Seat Mode (USA):
•
WARNING:
Prevents serious injury or death from sliding out, falls, or tipping over.
•Prevent serious injury or death. Do not use in motor vehicles.

WARNING:
Always secure the child in the restraints until the child is able to get in and out of the
booster seat without help

WARNING:
Do not leave the child unattended.

Never allow a child to push away from the table.

WARNING:
Always use the child restraints and chair attachment systems.

Always check the security and the stability of the chair mounted seat before use.

WARNING:
Until child is able to get in and out of the booster seat without help (about 2 1/2 years
old), the child should be secured in the booster seat at all times by the restraining
system. The tray is not designed to hold the child in the chair.
