Step 26
With the electrode seated in the fluid
tip, measure the distance between the
jam nut and the piston assembly.
Step 27
Tighten the air valve adjustment nut to
the jam nut when 1/16" is measured.
Re-check measurement.
This adjustment ensures that atomiza-
tion and fan air are ON before the fluid
needle is engaged.
