AND WASHERS TO INSTALL THIS HITCH
TOOLS REQUIRED
3/4” SOCKET
TORQUE WRENCH
1/2” CARRIAGE BOLT
SMALL BOLT PLATE
1/2” SERRATED WASHER
1/2” LOCK WASHER
1/2” NUT
1/2” CARRIAGE BOLT
LARGE BOLT PLATE
1/2” FLAT WASHER
1/2” LOCK WASHER
1/2” NUT
NOTE: THIS PRODUCT IS NOT
RECOMMENDED FOR USE
ON A 1/2 TON VEHICLE.
1. Place two 1/2” carriage bolts with the large bolt plates through the two rear holes on each side of the frame.
2. Lift the hitch up to the frame, with the bolt going down through the rear holes in the brackets. Install 1/2” flat
washers, lock washers and nuts on the bolts. See the diagram above.
