AND WASHERS TO INSTALL THIS HITCH

1.Insert 1/2”carriage bolts with bolt plates down through the 1/2” holes at the end of the frame. On some models there are two holes at
the end of the frame. Use the smaller hole forward of the large hole.
2.Hold the hitch up under the frame with the bolts going through the holes in the brackets. Install 1/2” serrated washers, 1/2” lock
washers, and 1/2” nuts on the bolts. See diagram above.
3. Insert 1/2” carriage bolts with bolt plates down through the remaining holes. Install 1/2” serrated washers, lock washers, and 1/2”
nuts on the bolts. See diagram above. Some short bed models will need to have the front hole drilled. Use the hole in the bracket as
a guide to drill the hole.
4.Torque all 1/2” nuts to 70 ft.*lbs.
