AND WASHERS TO INSTALL THIS HITCH
TOOLS REQUIRED
3/4" SOCKET
3/4" WRENCH
1/2" DRILL
TORQUE WRENCH
1/2" SERRATED WASHER
1/2" LOCK WASHER
1/2" NUT
1/2" CARRIAGE BOLT
LARGE BOLT PLATE
TWO HOLE PLATE
SMALL BOLT PLATE
NOTE: THIS PRODUCT IS NOT RECOMMENDED
FOR USE ON A 1/2 TON VEHICLE.
1. Place the hitch up to the frame with the large hole in the hitch flange over the rivet head near the end of the frame.
Clamp the hitch in place.
2. Using the holes in the brackets as a guide, drill eight 1/2" holes into the truck frame.
