AND WASHERS TO INSTALL THIS HITCH

1. With factory installed bumper, remove rear bolt in frame to bumper bracket. attach left side bracket “B” and right side bracket
“C” to the frame with the flanges out using existing holes in the frame. Install M12 bolts “M” , 1/2” carriage bolts “G” with
bolt plates “L”, serrated washers “H”, lock washers “I”, and nuts “J” as shown on each side. Leave nuts slightly loose. (On
units without factory bumper brackets, install carriage bolt “G”, bolt plate “L” at rear the same as front and center bolts.
2. Assemble center section “A” to left and right side brackets “B” and “C” with six 1/2” hex head bolts “F”, lock washers “E”,
and
nuts “D”. Alternatly tighten nuts until bolt heads seat.
3. Center hitch on the frame and tighten bolts and nuts in the frame.
Torque M12 bolts to 70 lb*ft.
Torque 1/2” nuts to 70 ft*lb.
