Removal and Reinstallation
1. With the hitch in the closed position, use hammer and center punch to remove roll pin (4)
from handle. Save the roll pin for reinstallation
2. Pull handle out through handle bushing (2).
3. Remove the 2 hex bolts (1) and nuts (3) from the handle bushing (2).
4. Slide new handle bushing (3) over handle.
5. Slide handle and handle bushing over square shaft and reinstall roll pin. Note : Handle
bushing is to be located on the inside of the vertical wall of the head assembly (fig 1).
6. Install the two hex bolts and nuts and tighten to 20 ft/lbs.
