TROUBLE SHOOTING
Problem Solution
Music is unable to be played and
the characters displayed on the
LCD are distorted
-- Please charge the player
Poor FM reception --Plug the earphones in
Unable to record from the radio -- Check whether the player ’s memory is full.
No sound is coming out of the
earphones
--Check whether the audio files are in the system
directory MUSIC / VOICE.
--Check the volume level
--Check to see if the earphones are inserted properly
Buttons do not work --Check to see if the HOLD switch is ON (Switch to
OFF position)
Failure to download files
--Check the connection between your computer and
the player to ensure that the cable is secure.
--Reinstall the player ’s PC software
