Processing Mode: choose type of processing (process all records,
return on each error) when uploading records from the handheld device
Processing Rules: choose to add or reject records for new site, new
location, new items, new inventory, and negative inventory quantity.

Next, set record processing parameters for the following records in the
Processing Rules portion of the form:
New Site: to add new sites to the database during the upload process,
select the Add Record option. If you do not want new sites added dur-
ing the upload process, select the Reject Record option.
New Location: to add new locations to the database during the upload
process, select the Add Record option. If you do not want to add new
locations during the upload process, select the Reject Record option.
New Item: to add new items to the database during the upload process,
select the Add Record option. If you do not want to add a new item
during the upload process, select the Reject Record option.
New Inventory: to add new inventory to the database during the
upload process, select the Add Record option. If you do not want to
add new items to the database, select the Reject Record option.
Negative Quantity: to allow negative quantity inventory adjustments
during the upload process, select the Allow option. If you do not want
to allow negative quantity adjustments, select the Reject option.

After setting the Record Rules (Add Record or Reject Record) for
each selection, select the Processing Mode for all records in the Pro-
cessing
Mode section of the form by selecting one of the following
options:
Process All Records: Processes all records. Rejected records are kept
in the Error Log.
Return On Each Error: Records processing stops when an error is
found. The error is sent to a log file.
