PARTS LIST:

1 Bull Bar

2 12-1.75mm x 50mm STD Coarse Thread Hex Bolts

1 Driver/Left Mounting Bracket

2 12mm x 37mm OD x 3mm Flat Washers

1 Passenger/Right Mounting Bracket

2 12mm x 24mm OD x 2.5mm Flat Washers

2 12-1.25mm x 30mm Fine Thread Hex Bolts

4 12mm Lock Washers


PROCEDURE:

1. REMOVE CONTENTS FROM BOX. VERIFY ALL PARTS ARE PRESENT. READ

INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE STARTING INSTALLATION. ASSISTANCE
RECOMMENDED.
It may be necessary to remove/relocate front license plate and license
plate bracket. It is not required, but strongly recommended. If local/state law requires a license
plate, license plate relocation kit is available.

2. Remove the factory tie down loop from the bottom of the passenger side frame channel. Select

the (2) short factory 12mm hex bolts from the tie down loop. Identify the passenger side Frame
Mounting Bracket and bolt it to the bottom of the frame channel with the (2) factory hex bolts.
Do not tighten hardware at this time. NOTE: For additional adjustment, the Brackets have (2)
mounting positions available for different model-years. Use the center and front slots to install
the bracket and if clearance is an issue, use the center and rear slot to move the Bull Bar away
from the vehicle.

3. Repeat Step 2 for driver side Frame Bracket installation and use the included (2) 12-1.25mm x

30mm Fine Thread Hex Bolts, (2) 12mm Lock Washers and (2) 12mm x 24mm Flat Washers
to bolt Bracket to bottom of frame.

4. With assistance, position the Bull Bar up to the Mounting Brackets. Attach the Bull Bar to the

Mounting Brackets using the included (2) 12-1.75mm x 50mm Coarse Thread Hex Bolts, (2)
12mm Lock Washers and (2) 12mm x 37mm Large Flat Washers.

5. Level and adjust the Bull Bar properly and tighten all hardware at this time. See Step 2 for

adjustment information.

6. Do periodic inspections to the installation to make sure that all hardware is secure and tight.


To protect your investment
, wax this product after installing. Regular waxing is recommended to
add a protective layer over the finish. Do not use any type of polish or wax that may contain abrasives
that could damage the finish.
For stainless steel
: Aluminum polish may be used to polish small scratches and scuffs on the finish.
Mild soap may be used also to clean the Bull Bar.
For gloss black finishes: Mild soap may be used to clean the Bull Bar.
