1 Front Runner Guard 4 12-1.75mm x 30mm Hex Bolts
1 Passenger Side Mounting Bracket (A) 4 12mm Nylock Nuts
1 Driver Side Mounting Bracket (D) 8 12mm Flat Washers
1 Passenger Side Top Bracket (B) 2 10-1.50mm x 25mm Button Bolts
1 Driver Side Top Bracket (C) 2 10mm Nylock Nuts
2 6mm Nylock Nuts 4 10mm S/S Flat Washers
2 6mm Flat Washers
PROCEDURE:
1. REMOVE CONTENTS FROM BOX. VERIFY ALL PARTS ARE PRESENT. READ
INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY.
2. Locate, remove and set aside the vertical frame nut and the large washer/spacer with
a 19MM socket and extension on each side of vehicle (Fig 1)
3. Install the large washer/spacer over the vertical stud on the passenger side bracket
before installing the bracket. When installing the brackets slip the small “U” shaped
bracket over the 6MM stud while pulling back on air dam to clear the front part of the
mount (Fig 2). Repeat operation on driver side
4. Tighten large nut with the 19MM socket and leave loose enough to adjust the bar
5. Leave 6MM nuts finger tight
6. Mount the driver side Top Bracket to vehicle using the existing bolt shown in figure 3.
Repeat this step for passenger side.
7. Install the Front Runner on the inner side of the Mounting Brackets using the included
(4)12mm x 30mm Hex Bolts, (4) 12mm Nylock Nuts, and (8) 12mm Flat Washers,
leave loose enough to allow adjustment of the bar (Figure 4).
8. Attach Top Brackets to Front Runner using the included (2)10mm x 25mm Button
Bolts, (4) 10mm Flat Washers, and (2) 10mm Nylock Nuts (Figure 3). NOTE: Apply
grease to the threads of the stainless steel bolts and washers to prevent galling.
9. Level and align the bar, then tighten all hardware keeping the two 6MM nuts for last.
10. With the assembly tightened cut the air dam with a sharp knife to clear the mounts.
11.Do periodic inspections to the installation to make sure that all hardware is secure
and tight.
