1 Driver Side Mounting Bracket (A)
1 Passenger Side Mounting Bracket (B)
2 6mm Nylock Nuts
4 6mm Flat Washers
4 12mm X 30mm Hex Bolts
4 12mm Nylock Nuts
8 12mm Flat Washers
PROCEDURE:
1. REMOVE CONTENTS FROM BOX. VERIFY ALL PARTS ARE PRESENT. READ
INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY.
2. Locate, remove and set aside the vertical frame nut and the large washer/spacer with a
19MM socket and extension on each side of vehicle (Fig 1)
3. Install the large washer/spacer over the vertical stud on the passenger side bracket before
installing the bracket. When installing the brackets slip the small “U” shaped bracket over the
6MM stud while pulling back on air dam to clear the front part of the mount (Fig 2). Repeat
operation on driver side
4. Tighten large nut with the 19MM socket and leave loose enough to adjust the bar
5. Leave 6MM nuts finger tight
6. Install the bar inside the two brackets using the 12MM X 30MM bolts and leave loose enough
to allow adjustment of the bar (Figure 3).
7. Align the bar and tighten all the nuts keeping the two 6MM nuts for last
8. With the assembly tightened cut the air dam with a sharp knife to clear the mounts (Fig 3)
