PARTS LIST:
PROCEDURE:
1. REMOVE CONTENTS FROM BOX. VERIFY ALL PARTS ARE PRESENT. READ
INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE STARTING INSTALLATION. DRILLING IS
REQUIRED.
2. Start installation on the driver/left side of the vehicle. Remove the front and rear body mount
bolts from the factory body mounts.
3. Partially attach front and rear Mounting Brackets to the body mounts using the included (2)
12mm x 110mm Hex Bolts, (2)
1/2” Lock Washers and (2) 12mm Flat Washers, (Figure 1).
NOTE: Install the short Mounting Bracket in the front position and the tall Bracket in the rear
position. Do not tighten hardware at this time.
4. Position the Driver Sidebar up to the Mounting Brackets. Attach the Sidebar to the Brackets
with the included (2) 1/2
” x 2” Hex Bolts, (2) 1/2” Lock Washers and (2) 1/2" Flat Washers.
5. Align and adjust Sidebar and tighten all hardware at this time.
6. Bolt (1) Support Bracket to the front facing side of the rear Mounting Bracket with the included
(1) 10mm x 25mm Hex Bolt, (2) 10mm Flat Washers, (1) 10mm Lock Washer and (1) 10mm
Hex Nut.
7. Line up the opposite end of the Support Bracket with the gusset on the steel body mount
housing. Using the remaining hole in the Support Bracket as a guide, mark and carefully drill a
7/16” hole through the side of the body mount bracket. IMPORTANT! Any cutting or drilling
tool may break or shatter. Government regulations require safety glasses & equipment at all
times when cutting or drilling.
