PROCEDURE:

1. REMOVE CONTENTS FROM BOX. VERIFY ALL PARTS ARE PRESENT. READ

INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE STARTING INSTALLATION.

2. Starting on the passenger side front of the vehicle, locate the two factory threaded holes in the

frame rail and two in the floor panel by the pinch weld (Figure 1).

With the 90˚ degree bend to the front of the vehicle, partially attach one of the Support
Brackets to floor panel using the included (2) 8mm x 30mm Hex Head Bolts, (2) 8mm Lock
Washers, and (2) 8mm Flat Washers (Figure 2).

4. Position passenger side Mounting Bracket up to frame rail and partially attach the inside of the

Mounting Bracket to factory threaded holes using the included (2) 8mm x 30mm Hex Head
Bolts, (2) 8mm Lock Washers, and (2) 8mm Flat Washers (Figure 3).

5. Attach the outside (non cradle) of the Mounting Bracket to the front side of the already

attached Support Bracket using the included (1) 8mm x 30mm Hex Head Bolt, (1) 8mm Lock
Washer, (2) 8mm Flat Washers, and (1) 8mm Hex Nut (Figure 3). Do not tighten at this time.

6. Repeat steps 2

– 5 for driver side rear Mounting Bracket. NOTE: The Support Bracket mounts

with the 90

˚ degree bend to the rear of the vehicle (Figure 4) and the Mounting Bracket

mounts to the rear side of the Support Bracket (Figure 5).

7. Position driver Sidebar onto Mounting Brackets and attach it using the included (4) 8mm x

30mm Hex Head Bolts, (4) 8mm Lock Washers, and (4) 8mm Flat Washers (Figure 6).

8. Align Sidebar properly, and then tighten all hardware at this time.
9. Repeat steps 2 - 8 for the driver Sidebar.
10. Do periodic inspections to the installation to make sure that all hardware is secure and tight.

To protect your investment, wax this product after installing. Regular waxing is recommended to
add a protective layer over the finish. Do not use any type of polish or wax that may contain abrasives
that could damage the finish.
For stainless steel
: Aluminum polish may be used to polish small scratches and scuffs on the finish.
Mild soap may be used also to clean the Sidebar.
For gloss black finishes: Mild soap may be used to clean Sidebar.
