1 Driver/left Frame Mounting Bracket

12 12mm x 24mm OD x 2.5mm Flat Washers

1 Passenger/Right Frame Mounting Bracket

4 12mm Nylon Lock Nuts

12-1.25mm x 30mm FINE THREAD Hex
Bolts


PROCEDURE:

1. REMOVE CONTENTS FROM BOX. VERIFY ALL PARTS ARE PRESENT. READ

INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE STARTING INSTALLATION.

2. IMPORTANT! The mounting location for the Frame Brackets is very close to the

exhaust. Allow exhaust to cool completely before starting the installation.

3. From underside of vehicle, locate the two 12-1.25mm threaded holes in the bottom of each

frame rail near the rear bumper. NOTE: Remove factory tie down loop(s) if equipped.

4. With the 90-degree bend to the outside of the vehicle, hang the driver side Frame Bracket from

the (2) factory threaded holes, (tie down loop), using the included (2) 12-1.25mm x 30mm
Special Fine Thread Hex Bolts and (2) 12mm Flat Washers.

5. Repeat Step 4 for passenger side Bracket installation.

Position the Rear Bumper Guard onto the outside of the Mounting Brackets. Bolt the Bumper

Guard to the Brackets with the included (4) 12-1.75mm x 40mm Coarse Thread Hex Bolts, (8)
12mm Flat Washers and (4) 12mm Nylon Lock Nuts. Do not tighten hardware at this time.

7. Level and align the Rear Bumper Guard properly and tighten all hardware.

Do periodic inspections to the installation to make sure that all hardware is secure and tight.

Warning: Rear Bumper Guard is not designed to be used as an anchor point for trailer safety
chains. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for attaching trailer safety chains to the factory
loops on the tow hitch. Do not attach the safety chains to any part of the Rear Bumper Guard.


To protect your investment, wax this product after installing. Regular waxing is recommended to
add a protective layer over the finish. Do not use any type of polish or wax that may contain abrasives
that could damage the finish.
For stainless steel
: Aluminum polish may be used to polish small scratches and scuffs on the finish.
Mild soap may be used also to clean the Sidebar.
For gloss black finishes: Mild soap may be used to clean the product.
