Connects the generator class to the physical generator at the USB port
number portNum. This is the number returned by GetPort() (see
“Methods of the IGCGeneratorInfo Class” on page 2-57 ). If the
IB Trainer to be connected is already in use by another generator class
object, this call results in an error.
