110 GALLON FRESH WATER TANK
INStALLAtIoN
WHEEL WELL SUPPORT ASSEMBLy
Position the tank in the vehicle. The Lower Support Assembly
plates shown in Figure 1 are engineered and designed to
support the tank using the wheel well.
Center the top plate on top of the wheel where you want the
supports placed.
Mark the 3 holes positions on the wheel well where they will
be drilled.
Drill holes where you have marked for the 2 bolts (3/8”-16) and
Threaded 3’ Rod, ½”, stainless steel.
Position top and lower plates so holes line up, insert bolts and
place nuts and washers and proceed to thread them, do not
tighten at this time.
you will tighten these 2 bolts and threaded rod at the end of
installation

FLOAT VALVE
Select side of the tank allowing easiest access to Float Valve.
Remove cover on selected side of the tank and locate the
dimple on the front of selected side of the tank and drill hole
using a 3/4” drill.

Insert the float valve into the tank. Install the garden hose
fitting onto the float valve and tighten securely. For a better
seal, you may want to apply silicone to the threads.

KNIFE VALVE AND PLUG
Each side of the tank has a hole with 1 ½” female threads for
the installation of the Knife Valve or Plug. Install the Knife Valve
on the side closest to vehicle door for easy emptying of the
tank. To install the Knife Valve you need to first remove the side
bracket shown in Photo E. Use silicone sealant on the threads
of the Knife Valve. Tighten securely noting the Knife Valve
should thread flush to the tank. Use silicone sealant on plug
also.
