INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR BRAKE KIT #256116
FOR ATV 2500/3000 WINCH
1. Remove winch tie bolts.
2. Remove Motor End Gear Assembly from drum.
3. Remove End Bearing Retaining bolts.
4. Remove Cable Deflector and End Bearing.
Note position of winch mounting nuts and washers and
retain them for re-installation.
5. Remove Thrust Washer and Carrier Assembly
from Motor End Ring Gear.
6. Remove Input Sun Gear from Motor Shaft and discard.
