This will be the parts removed previously and should
reassemble in the reverse order and a new centering
pin nut is provided to torque to spec.

This kit includes the proper lift block and longer u-bolts
to reassemble the rear leaf pack to the axle. Final
torque should be done with the weight of the vehicle
on the axle or on the ground.

Installation Instructions (49-2003, 2004, 2005)
Install assembled leafs below main leaf pack
Clamp leaf together and tighten center pin to spec.
Place new lift block into original position and raise axle
Center hole on u-bolt plate needs to be filed open
If equipped, place overload spring and block on top of leafs
Place longer u-bolts around axle up through mounting plate
Remove rear bump stops from frame, nut inside frame
Note:
Locating tab must be trimmed from bump stop
