Installation by a trained mechanic is recommended.
Position truck on a flat surface and lift vehicle by the frame so that the front wheels are off the ground.
Use a minimum 3 ton jack stands and place under frame for safety or a (2) two post lift if available.
Make sure that the emergency brake is on and the rear wheels are blocked to prevent a rollout.

Sector Shaft Extension Nut
M12-1.75 40mm Hex Head Bolt 10.9 YZ
M12 Split Washer
M12 Flat Washer
M10-1.5 35mm Long Hex Washer Bolt 10.9 YZ
Remove the four bolts that connect the front sway bar to the
frame with a 15mm socket or wrench. Hold onto the sway bar
while doing this as it will drop when unbolted.
Allow the sway bar to hang down and rest against the
crossover bar.
Using a 1 5/16” socket, remove the factory sector shaft
nut and lock washer. Install the new sector shaft nut supplied in the kit with the
factory lock washer.
